Forsta Expands its Platform with Predictive Analytics Capabilities

Forsta—a global provider of customer experience, employee experience, and market research technology— announced at Web Summit that it would expand its capabilities with new predictive net promoter scores (pNPS). The pNPS capabilities are built on Forsta’s Human Experience (HX) Platform and were created in cooperation with GemSeek’s customer experience data specialists. With these new predictive analytics features, Forsta users can track customer experience metrics and better understand customers. The pNPS tools are available now to Forsta clients.

Freshworks Introduces New AI Capabilities to its Product Suite

Freshworks has launched its Fall ’22 product update, introducing new artificial intelligence (AI) technologies across its customer experience solution suite. These AI updates are built into Freshchat, Freshsales, Freshmarketer, and Freshdesk. Specific features introduced in the Fall ’22 update include social media campaigns, intelligent lead scoring, AI-powered responses to customer questions, personalized omnichannel email conversations, a conversations widget for Freshchat, integrations with Slack and Microsoft Teams, and more. Freshworks will also host a virtual event on November 9th to demo the new features.

Freshworks Announces a Service Management Solution for Non-IT Departments

Freshworks also announced Freshservice for Business Teams, an enterprise service management solution (ESM) designed to help non-IT departments provide “uninterrupted service delivery.” Prakash Ramamurthy, the Chief Product Officer at Freshworks, says, “Thousands of Freshworks customers already use Freshservice beyond IT to support internal stakeholders.
